Meeting Information
The Annual Meeting of the Wilmette Harbor Association, Inc. will occur by ZOOM and in person at the Wilmette Harbor Club, 20 Harbor Drive, Wilmette, IL on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
A current financial statement and a budget for the coming year may be inspected by the members at the Executive Director's office or in the member section of the Wilmette Harbor Association website. All items have been posted and are now available for review. Log in to the Members section of the website and select the Annual Meeting link to view the notice, get the ZOOM link, and download meeting documents.
The Association By-Laws provide that two Mooring holders shall be elected as Directors by the members each year for five-year terms. The Nominating Committee has placed in nomination Vil Weszt and Paul DeCrane for your consideration as Directors.
Vil Weszt has served on the board for five years and is eligible and recommended for another five-year term to be voted on and approved by the members. Vil and his wife Sue enjoy power boating and are regular volunteers behind the bar. Their two children Jenna and Tyler both work for the harbor.
Paul DeCrane has served on the board for five years and is eligible and recommended for another five-year term to be voted on and approved by the members. Paul, his wife Allison, and their family enjoy power boating. Paul is the current Treasurer for the Harbor Association.
